Bad/No Customer Support

I have been struggling for more than a month since I got my contract upgrade to enable my CLI service as all my incoming calls show as 'unknown'. I have made numerous calls to the helpdesk where every person I speak to give me different answers as to how much it costs etc and that they need to speak to their superior but not able to resolve the issue. I either get told that it will take up to 48h to be active or I get placed on hold for more than 20mins. I have also logged email complaints where they get back to you 10-15 days later all without any resolution to my problem.
