Bad/Horrible Service

They honestly do not deserve any rating. they are a good case that this space needs more competition for choice.

I am a Reseller for MTN and brought them a client with over 400 lines (wish I had known better). We order additional lines for our new Directors who are going on leave from today(06/12/19) but trust MTN, they delivered wrong phones. its seven day later, even with highly paid managers they cant seem to be able to rectify this simple problem. They are a truly horrible service provider (Region: NW/Limpopo/MP & part of Pretoria). The managers are the worst I have ever engaged with, full of lies and promises without delivery. It looks like its a culture because, I called the Executive concerned for this area, first promised to call back(do you think, he ever did). today he does not even answer calls. We need more licenses for this area.
