Badass service from MTN!!!

I have used my MTN simcard prepaid longer than 5 years and now suddenly its inactive and I have to RICA it again. I visit MTN Queen's Corner several times with the same request RICA it and activate it. Since Friday nothing was done about it. Its now Wednesday afternoon and it is still not fixed!!! MTN, your service sucks!!!!
