Bad WiFi service!!!!!

I have never in my life struggled so much with a service provider. How is it possible to use 400GB in just 14 days!? For the past almost 3 years I never had an issue, doing exactly the same everyday, now the data is used up?? Not to mention spending 30 on phone calls with MTN, which got me nowhere!! STAY AWAY FROM MTN WI-FI!!!
