Bad , very bad and extremely bad service from MTN & AFRI-ZONE

Wow am in awe on how bad the service from MTN and Afrizone has been for me these past 2 weeks Still no resolution after speaking to 14 agent and 2 supervisor .

The name bad service doesn't quantify experience i received from these guys .

Am frustrated and feeling defeated by this query . Stuck with numerous Reference number that are quickly resolved after am hanged up .

Suffered the physical abuse from the Randburg store a

I am emotional tormented by these company .

Once this query is resolved , MTN to remove my number in all platform and 3rd party .
