Bad useless poor disappointing unsatisfactory - MTN

I have been battling to receive my invoice for 6 months now. I went into the Cresta branch to change my e-mail adres. Since then i have not received any mails from MTN. The app does not work, so i have to call every month to receive something small like an invoice. Today the call center not even answering. SO what now!!!
