BAD UPGRADE EXPERIENCE!!!

If I could I would give zero stars!!!!! Bad bad bad upgrade experience. I have followed the website to upgrade my phone and from the 2nd of December all I get from MTN is this is Mondo's problem as they are the 3rd party service provider... I pay MTN directly every month, did the upgrade on their website but passing the buck seems to be a very convenient excuse!
