BAD upgrade experience AGAIN!!!!

Two years ago I did an upgrade on two of my numbers then for some reason only one of the upgrades was processed, go on two years they do EXACTLY the same. Then I need to follow up from this call center to that one just to try and get some assistance. That is if they don't end the call on you whilst transferring. This was after I app**** online and it presumably failed, a rude agent called me back just trying to push numbers.
