Bad upgrade and incorrect billing
Mtn.. after harassing me to upgrade i finally decide to take the router.. after explaing i dont want to use my current sim card for the router ive now been sim swopped and my handset doesnt work because u have done the incorrect thing.. 2 days after i upgraded i called to confirm when my 1st payment is due they said november but i was billed in october for both devices.. i want mt handset number fixed and a new number given to the router now!!! This is a total mess up and dont talk about waiting for your call centre to assist ive been holding for almost an hour now this is pathetic

Kindly be advised that the sim swap has been done on the 24th of October. The new sim card pulled through the system successfully.
We do pick up that you have been called by Busisiwe George, he informed you regarding the data share service, the service was loaded on the account, however this service is not active on the network.
The request is sent to the technicians to load the service on the network for you.
The debit for R530.67 was for the old package. The new package billing will be debited in November.

To receive a new cell number payment for R250.00 need to be made for the number to be changed. This can be done at any MTN center.
