Bad treatment.

Badly treated. I was told on Thursday the 29th that i will get my phone the next day on the 30th Friday April 2021. On the 30th they never called me to come collect the phone as they promised to do so, and when i went to the store, the store was closed. It is the in Ermelo Mpumalanga at church street i heard it is called CellCom no.26. Another escalating problem is that should i had signed the contract for the phone on the 30th April 2021 i would be paying R809 pm. But then i made some other means with another store and i got the phone on the 1st of May 2021 and this made me sign a contract of R909 pm. I am not happy with the way i was treated and i complained on *** and no one has contacted me yet. I also complained on MTN twitter account they just said they forwarded my dissatisfaction to the relevant department, also no one contacted me from Twitter.

I lodged a complaint on 135 and they gave me a Ref no *** today.

I am not happy with MTN at all.
