Bad treatment

Was told that my contract will be activated within 24 hours prior to signing the contract. After signing the contract was told that it will take up to 72 hours. Plus me and a group of other people were told to get out of the shop for speaking our “language” i.e French. We were told we cannot speak that language in their shop.
