Bad Towers No Service

As we all know we have loadshedding at present, but what makes it worst is that as soon as it starts in my area we have zero MTN service. We cant phone in case of an emergency, like it show an x at your service bar. What are we gonna do when something happens on our smallholding. Talking to service champions brings you no answers. I have logged calls before with coverage without any feedback. Please tell me who I can come and see if something happens to my parents or my son and I cant call for help?
