Bad to worse
I don't know anymore with MTN. Having my first contract with them 15 years later this is what I have to deal with. This is very disappointing, MTN all I want is my credit from 3 months back where there was an unauthorized debit order of my account and to cancel this contract. You guys suggested I take a data contract stating that the service will get better and guess what , its gotten worse.

08 May 2018, 13:06I did not ask you to use the credit against my account. I want the money in my bank account and I want this account closed. I have already cancelled insurance
