Bad support - ********** contract

I reported a ********** contract that was approved on my name. This is the second time in three months this has happened. Both times MTN does absolutely nothing from their side to stop the delivery of the handset. I had to make all the calls and arrangements with the courier company to not deliver the handset. There are no correspondence from their side admitting it was ********** and confirming that that the contract is cancelled and that everything is in order. I really feels that they don't care. No support from their side.
