bad start to a year thanks to mtn

They have moved my account to legal without ever communicating to me of a situation that will affect my account, created by a number that is not even in my name; meanwhile I have many contracts with them for years and I have never missed a payment and I have over the years renewed my contracts with them many times without issues.

I have submitted a complaint with them on the matter via their official channels and they have seemingly ignored it.
