BAD SIGNAL AND SERVICE!

We are struggling with signal in Koffiefontein and every time you contact MTN they have a lot of excuses. The signal is more off than on since last week and Thursday 11 November. There is no way someone can get hold of them if there is no signal, no app or what so ever. I think that they must get their act together and start looking at their customers.
