Bad Setvice

MTN WESTGATE I Went there on Sunday to pay my account as there where only two people working and the other where standing around and doing nothing I am paying for a service witch i am not happy about, my monthly subscription went up from March now they want to make it more expensive has MTN ever think about us and our financial problems I cant afford it anymore and now the bad service i have received and waited almost an hour to be assisted on Sunday at mtn Westgate just to pay my bill I do also have photos to prove my point
