Bad servise

Mtn has been debiting on my account ridiculous amouths that they cannot account for, my account is suspended but they keep debiting my account with extra 500 this month they advised they will debit 3000 there is no statement say for what, where were the calls made, by whose, how long??? Tires of their endless investigations while they debit my account
