Bad Service/Valse Advertising

I upgraded my phone on Feb 22, and decided to take the Xiaomi 11T Pro, which came with a Xiaomi mop/vacuum robot and buds for free, as was advertised in the Yellow Trader for Feb22. I only got the buds when the package was delivered. To cut a long story short, I made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails before being directed to the complaints department, where I was informed that I would receive a response in 14 working days. No one responded to my inquiry. I have been an MTN customer for a very long time, and it is sad to see customer service deteriorating.
