Bad Services / NO service
Good day I'm having a major problem re: Account A*** can someone please call me can't get through on your lines for ages. Account is suspended for no reason.

The account is in arrears that is why it is suspended.
On the system it shows that you did call 808 and were advised about the outstanding amounts.
