Bad services, ****mers

I lodged a claim on the 15 of October till today no proper feedback. When I look at the self service portal it says “declined review” I called and they said I was negligent because I left the phone in the staff room which according to you is a public place. I am taking this matter with my lawyers because there’s no way I would pay without fail for four years without claiming then when you have to service me you tell me about negligence. How is an office a public place?? A phone in my handbag at my work station? As if I just left it at Shoprite?? One thing for sure you will pay for my cellphone. If you don’t want to pay just send me the reject letter already so I see what to do. You’re are used to eating people’s hard earned money. Terrible service
