Bad services from Mtn and Ram

I order three weeks ago a tablet for my daughter by Mtn. A week ago they send me a email that' there a delay in sending the device. This morning very early Ram send me that the device will be delivered. I contacted Mtn asking if it will be delivered today. They told me yes. Mind you i am still waiting. I do not know what to tell my daughter tomorrow. Im ****ed and very disapointed. Very bad service Ram and Mtn
