Bad services from Mondo

I app**** for a cellphone contract 3 weeks ago, DSV was supposed to deliver apparently their vehicle was hijacked, the driver called to deliver the news and "They have to wait for MTN to send them a new parcel", and out of the blue my order was cancelled for whatever reasons.
