Bad services ce and incompetence!

I am absolutely dissapointed at the customer service I've recieved from Mtn agents, from being transferred from one person to another and one department to another without getting any help. The agent ls show no empathy and seem not to know who needs to help me with the problem I have , I have been calling for abt an hour now no help. This is bad service!
