Bad Services and Poor handling of calls

This has to be a pathetic service of all time , I logged a ticket on the 22th November ref: smc/ ********** 7793 and I was promised to be contacted within 24hours I called again today to check my query the unprofessional consultant who doesn’t have telephone ethics gave me ****** attitude, this is not acceptable we as customers call your help line to get assistance not be treated as idiots by your agent and be talked to as if we don’t know how the systems work. I’m irritated and I need someone to action my query urgently. 1- ********** 2466
