Bad services and empty promises, always lies

I was hijacked, took everything for me. When I clam from MTN for cellphone insurance as it is insured, they are sending me pillar to post, full of empty promises. When you call them they say you will get feedback on Monday, when Monday comes they say Friday, on Friday they set next week, next week they say within 48hrs when 48hrs lapses they say they are busy with investigation. It's more than a month now but their time frame is 7-14 working days. Please assist and I wish others can be aware of this MTN insurance before they sign the contract.
