Bad services

I purchased a router on the MTN website on Sunday. Made the payment and even received an email condone payment, however an hour later I received an email stating that my router application was not successful due to technical errors on MTN website and they will get an agent to contact me. No agent contacted me so I called their customer line and they are claiming that there is no application reflecting on their end but my money was deducted. I have been calling everyday since sunday and they keep giving me the number to the “right department “ but am not getting help at all and some numbers don’t even work
