BAD SERVICES

To whom it may concern,

I would like to open a case of *****.

A debit order was deducted from my account from MTN, when contacting MTN I was advised that I have a cellphone contract on my name.

I have never taken out a Cell phone contract with MTN. Please cancel this contract, as I have not taken out any contract with MTN and have not given any person permission to open an account.

I have sent through my Affidavit, Certified ID copy and Account statement, showing my proof of address and debit order that was deducted.

I can confirm I have reversed the payments. Please rectify this ASAP.

Please do not debit my account, as this is negatively impacting my credit score.
