Bad Services 👎🏼

Very disappointed with the service at MTN Springs Store. My husband and I went there to upgrade our Home Internet router, but the staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. We waited with little assistance while other customers also left frustrated. In the end, I ordered a Rain router the same day and had it delivered within hours. MTN lost a customer because of poor service. Customer service at this branch needs serious improvement.
