Bad services

I have a contract with MTN. I have send the proof of payments thru to them 7 times and still today they have not sorted the problem out on my account. They run a debt order on. my account and now they can’t allocate the payment. They have suspended my services and still they want me to pay the full amount but they can’t to they work and allocate the payment. I will not longer support MTN any more
