Good Day<br> <br> It's been a week & i still haven't received any feedback from Mtn The Glen Service Center , I got a call last week Monday the 25th of May 2015 from Charles REQ:***. No 1 has got back to me regarding my claim i have ****en my insurance again just now with Mtn all i am getting is a **** service could someone please explain why is my claim so long to get proccessed this is really starting to get to me.....I NEED ANSWERS RIGHT NOW..<br>

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
According to our system, it showing that your claim was approved on the 04/06/2015. *** with R350 payable access at any MTN Store.
Kindly note due to the industrial action we are facing there is a delay on our responses.
