Bad Services

Iam on a Mtn contract , i send my phone for repairs on the 23rd July and was told that it has a technical issues at MTN maponya mall. Was later informed that the phone will be collected at South Gate Due to Maponya mall branch being renovated. almost 2 months later i still have not received my phone or any form of feedback. I have to be the one calling south gate and been speaking to some lady by the name of Katlego who seems to be trying but never call back for feedback i have to be the one calling them. Its really frustrating as they keep deducting their monthly fee while am without any mobile . Its really bad service and am very much disgusted and very mad at how this has been handled. They said i will get my phone in 6 weeks and its almost 9 weeks ad still nothing . No reference number was given every time i speak to them overtime the phone.
