Good Day<br> <br> My wife phone was ****** on the 18th of April 2015 at Mc Donald , We Opened a Case on The 20th Of April 2015 We submitted a Claim form to MTN The Glen Service Center on 25th of April 2015, I haven't received any form of feedback from them as a service provider am paying them insurance every month for this **** Service am hoping that Someone would call me regarding my claim ,i need feedback.<br> <br> Looking forward to my response

We apologise for the unsatisfactory experience you've had with us and the inconvenience caused in this regard. We appreciate your feedback regarding our service and assure that is not our intention to dissatisfy our customers.
As per our telephonic conversation,I managed to get hold of Olivier and she forwarded me the claim request she sent on the 25th April 2015 to the insurance company and also CC'd the insurance company's supervisor for urgent attention.
We anticipate feedback and a way forward of the issues within the shortest period possible, looking at all various alternatives.
We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
