<p>MTN call centre is one of the worst call centres i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, you get transferred rom pillar to post causse their agents dont know how to resolve issues. </p> <p> </p> <p>when they do transfer you the do cold transfers were you then have to reexplain the situation to agents oever and over and over again. and when you eventually get hold of someone they either put you on hold till you get annoyed and cut the call or they cut the call fo you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>oh and ontop of that when you open a new account you are given 10 days to report a malfunctioning phone and say it will be replaced in those 10 days but then when i phoned their call centre and report the phone not working properly i was told they cant help as the phones qarrenty has expired even thou i phoned them 3 days after obtaining the phone. they then transsfered me to another agent who said it will take the 21-31 days to invetigate and will then decide if i get a new phone or not, all while leaving me phoneless as they have to take the mulfunctioning phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>MTN IS ABSOLUTE ****, I WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO JOIN MTN AS THEY ARE USELESS... RATHER GO TO VODACOM OR CELL C THERE YOU WILL GET THE SERVICES AND THE HELP YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!! </p>
