Bad Services

This happened to me more than once now. There are 7 tills but only 2 people working on a Saturday. Also when you go there like me only to buy data you have to wait for an hour or longer to be helped. Today I waited an hour to buy data and it took them 2 minutes to help me. While I was there 3 customers left the store waiting to be helped only to buy cellphone covers. But now these small quick sales are lost because you have to wait for the people who are upgrading or opening accounts. They have 7 different computers...can't they open one for quick sales like buying covers, paying bills or buying data/airtime? They really lose sales. I saw and also did it myself once...people want to quickly buy something but at MTN you have to wait an hour so we walk out and go buy it at the Vodacom shop right across MTN. They really need to sharpen up their service and their sales will also be better then. And the lady who receives the cliets is very unprofessional and always busy on her phone..bad image.
