BAD SERVICE,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MTN TO ANYONE

Good Day I have a 36months contract which I took with MTN in July 2020 its data sim, laptop and router. In 2021 June I had issues paying my account, in August I got a call from their collections department calling from "Shapiro Shaik" and gave me the account details where I should deposit the money on the 28th of August I did make the full payment as requested and forwarded the proof of payment I then phoned later to check if the payment was allocated to my account, I sent back and forth by both these companies however the matter has not been resolved till today I've been sending the same document to mtn over and over but the payment has not been allocated till this day bare in mind I have not stopped paying them ever since but my services have been suspended ever since.I DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH MTN ABOUT THIS ISSUE ANYMORE!!!
