Bad service/Network

I sign up for a contract in Dec 2020, where my existing MTN number was supposed to be used. The number was never activated on the contract. After numerous visits to the Store: MTN Cavendish square, Claremont, it still was not resolved. A new number was give which was not as per the contract or my paper (invoice ) received which clearly states my existing prepaid number. The store is not help as they keep making excuses and never get back to me.
