BAD SERVICE(***** CASE )

I logged a complained about someone who took a contract phone under my name, I called 083 135 with no help instead am being send from pillar to post. The consultant asked me to call ***opt1 which I did again with no help. This is really messing up with my credit score. I mean how do you allow someone to take a contract without validating details, is this how you want to up your sales? I need this to be sorted out ASAP. ***
