Bad service...Bad customer service... Bad Review

Mtn SA has to be the most pathetic service provider ever. Now I am seating with a sim card that I not working after I tired to do a sim swab when my phone is ****** and they tell me that they cant recognize my number and the customer care consultants are so rude gosh.. How my number is not recognised beats me as I have has that number over a decade. My phone was ****** and I was under the impression that it was insured when I took out the contract in Jan only to find out after it was ****** that the lady that served me at the branch did not submit my insurance papers, now I have to pay for a phone that I don't have because of someone else's incompetence. I am paying for a phone I don't have, data and airtime I cannot access because my number is not recognised. WOW
