Bad Service, wrong information given and Money taken incorrectly!!

<p> I had 2 contracts with MTN, my one contract had come to an end in June 2016. I had been instructed by a call centre agent in June to go on the 1st of July to cancel the contract and change it to Prepaid. This I did, in store at the Glen Branch. I was told it will be amended in 2 days and I would not be debited for the contract on the 20th of July. I called in to MTN on the 19th of July and spoke to some lady who said that it was not amended to prepaid but that she would do it. She assured me still I would only be debited for the one contract. On the 20th I was debited for both contracts!! After 2 people assured me only 1 contract would be debited. I called in on the 21st and Spoke to Ndondo after having to explain myself over and over again he said he would send a request to the relevant department as I requested that the amount be refunded. He said someone would call me in 48 hours. No one did. I called in again on the 25th of July and its the worst having to call in so many times. I then spoke to him again and he nicely told me no one has attended to the request as yet and I should call there department! What pathetic service!! I need to sort out MTN's wrong doings like I work for them. I requested to speak to his manager he said his manager was in a meeting and would call me back. I did not receive any call back. I called in again today the 27th of July this situation is disgustingly frustrating! I spoke to a woman by the name of Neho who said my request has still not been attended to. She then said it takes 7 working days, so who doesnt know what they are talking about?? Ndondo said 48 hours now Neho says 7 working days. I need some clarity from someone who knows what the hell is going on there because it seems as if everyone avoids you and doesnt know their Job. MTN has really dropped the ball in this case as I thought very highly of them. But I will stand with the people that bad mouth them now because of the pathetic useless service I have received. They are so fast to take your money but never want to give it back. WHEN THEY ARE WRONG!! </p>
