Bad service upgrades
Hi I upgraded not more than 10 minutes ago I wanted to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances I called customer they gave me mtn direct from there they gave me another number i waited online for 20 min tried again waited again another 15 its easy to make sales but for anything else this takes forever call me urgently Cancel my upgrade it's less than 24 or 48 hours My number ***

22 Oct 2020, 08:36Mtn customer service is the worst ever I cannot handle this the call centre doesnt help transfers me from mtn direct to chi than tells me my upgrade is outsourced by mpower they dnt even answer the call properly silence than just hello they have no idea who I spoke to her name is kavita she is the line manager she told me Monday she will get back to me with cancelling the upgrade and not the contract I had it's already Thursday and yet AGAIN NO ONE CAN HELP this is disgusting!!!!
