Bad service-Upgrade

Not happy, I received a call a month ago informing me that I need to renew my contract, I did that and what makes me unhappy is that an amount of R133 has been deducted and haven't received a new phone, what am I paying for The MTN chat is useless I wanted to complain via that but doesn't give me any option.
