BAD SERVICE / THEFT

I have a data package with mtn that was due for an upgrade in Sep 2020. My bill was usually R583 per month but from Oct it changed without any notification to R983 and R1089 for Nov. This is completely in acceptable and doesn’t appear in my contract. This is blatant theft. Nobody can help me solve this problem. I want to cancel all my contracts with Mtn.
