bad service tambotie mall

took a cellphone in for repairs at the Tambotie Mall store in December 2019, a device that was not even a month old. cellphone woould not switch on, the lady who assisted said they will send it in for repairs, and will let me know of the outcome. a month later, nobody contacted me i went back to the store and the lady who initially assisted me said she could not assist as the gent who does the repairs was not in and she would ask him to call me-he called two days later and said there was a delay in repairs and will give me regular feedback- which he never did. i went back to the store in early march, he was not there the store manager called him and he said he was waiting for delivery he will contact me the coming Monday, which he never did. I went back on the Wednesday he was not there, the store manager said she will check and let me know. it is now 2 weeks later and nobody contacted me still. almost 4 months and nobody is able to tell me anything! the guy doing the repairs- Rian Visser and store manager, I did not get her name gave me attitude. she even went as far as to say she does not do repairs so I must not ask her! I want my phone by COB Wednesday!
