Bad service, ****s, wifi never works

I have call to cancel my wifi that has not been working since Feb this year, and no help has been given. I decided to go in store at MTn Columbine, I give them the router and cancel, before I leave the store they say yes it's canceled nothing needed on my side.. Next thing they call me and say I need to pay an amount to cancel it hasn't been cancel. I argued and didn't get a solution. Anyway few days later I went to go and pay at the glen branch because I was in the area, Today I call the columbine branch at 9am to let them know I paid and to check if it's been canceled they said they will call me back. 12 pm I call back because I want this sorted, they say they will call me back, it's 10pm I'm still waiting for them to call me back.
