Bad Service Run Around Again
Yesterday I was called by the Durban Office advising me to upgrade and extend my WIFI contract which I did and the gentleman assured me I would receive an email and sms with all the documents for record. I have not received anything yet and now calling Head Office on number *** and been put through to Customer Care then Sales and Customer Care, getting nowhere as usual. Every time I have an upgrade done its the same story of issues over and over. MTN can never get things right.

Whats takes so long to send a copy of the contract done via the phone after you ''MTN'' contacted me to upgrade and extend, surely you system, allows you to send an email with documents, whats taking so long. I have called number *** and no one is bothering to answer the calls, your service is absolutely seriously lacking. Not Impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
