Bad service, Rude manager and time wasting consultants

Im so ****ed with Mtn, they did a sim swap for another person using my number. the number I've been using since February. Now i had to call them using my my airtime on vodacom number to ask them to reverse the sim swal and they cant assist. I gave them the number on the sim card which they say its correct but they cannot help. i bought a R60 airtime today and they say i cannot be refunded. J spoke to the manager Lungisani Mavimbela or something like that and he assumes i gave the person permission to do sim swap, imagine. They even asking me to buy a new sim and call them to do sim swap but wont get an airtime, how stupid is that? im so hating mtn now and want them to refund me the money i used to call them and even the airtime left on the sim they did the sim swap on. How do you do a sim swap on a sim thats active with another customer.
