BAD SERVICE RGARDING MONTH TO MONTH HOME INTERNET

I logged an issue I had with them about my month-to-month contract suddenly i owe them R3433.09 and the cancelled my services with me allowing them to cancel but emailing them to fix their issues with them deducting my account the amount we did not agree on they forced to charge me pro rata charges twice while i question now am being billed without any services rendered my issues not resolved i am not satisfied with their service now i will never use mtn again or recommend anyone to use their services
