bad service received from MTN Superflex

I signed up for the new Superflex plan on 01 January 2024 and paid R299 and nothing further happened. I wrote several emails and call them several times via the 135 number and only get promises that they will come back to me. today its 13 February 2024, no communication whatsoever.
