Bad service received and no feedback from billing
I went to the East Rand Mall branch to upgrade on my MTN account on the 4/3/2015. I upgraded to an amount of +-R240 which gives you 300MB data per month. The first debit order then went through my account of R1887.17. I phoned in and they said that there was a setting that was wrong on the system and the they have corrected it and the funds will then be credited. Next month the correct debit order went through my account but I do not understand why as MTN should have credited my account.. I then went to MTN East Rand Mall to sort this out only to find bad service once again. When busy explaining the situation the lady just turned around and went to the back area. I do not know why and it is rude to walk away while somone is talking to you. Currently I need to top up my account daily as I do not receive the 300MB data that I am paying for. When I phone the customer service line, it keeps on ringing. Never once has anyone form MTN phoned me to tell me what is happening on my account......I need some service please, I am not just another contract.
